Purchase terms
AUDESIGN is operated by A2G COMPANY-FZCO, IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: contact@audesign.store. Correspondence: IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 34001, Dubai, UAE.
The product page identifies the creator, included files, supported formats and known requirements. Review them before ordering. Third-party software is required where specified; purchasing a preset does not grant a licence to FL Studio or other third-party software.
Prices and payments are in EUR. The order shows the amount payable before you continue to Stripe or PayPal. Payment is made to AUDESIGN through the selected provider. Creator settlements are handled separately by AUDESIGN and do not create a customer wallet or credit balance.
After the payment provider confirms a successful payment, the purchased version becomes available in your AUDESIGN library or guest order page. A payment return page alone does not confirm a purchase. Future versions are not automatically included unless the product expressly promises them.
You may buy with an account or as a guest. Guests must save their private recovery code before paying. Do not share that code: it grants access to your purchases. AUDESIGN sends an order confirmation to the email provided at checkout after payment is confirmed. The order link still requires your account or guest access; it does not replace your recovery code. Password-reset emails are not available in this beta. Keep your order information and download your files. If you lose access, contact support; an email address or order number alone is insufficient proof of ownership.
Orders previously placed through the Shopify store retain their original delivery and terms. They are not automatically imported into this account.
Privacy
A2G COMPANY-FZCO is responsible for the account, purchase and support information processed by this marketplace. Contact contact@audesign.store for privacy enquiries or use the correspondence address above.
We process the account information you provide (email, public name, handle and biography), protected password hashes, sessions, saved products, follows, purchases, download permissions, support messages and activity records. Creator profiles and approved product information are public. We receive payment references, amounts, status and billing information from Stripe or PayPal; their checkout handles your full payment credentials. Do not put passwords, payment credentials or guest recovery codes in your profile or support messages.
We use account and order data to provide the service and deliver the purchased files, security and audit records to protect accounts and investigate abuse, and transaction records to meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, or legal obligations. Optional public-page analytics relies on your consent; rejecting it does not prevent purchases.
Our service providers include Vercel for hosting and older stored files, Neon/PostgreSQL for account and order records, Cloudflare R2 for private product files, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Resend for purchase confirmation emails. Resend processes the buyer email address, purchased product names, order reference, total and order link to deliver those confirmations. Product imagery is served by this website; embedded videos load from external hosts. Those hosts receive connection information when their content loads. Payment providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity receives information about public-page visits, device/browser characteristics and interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page layout. Its cookies and session-replay technology help us identify usability problems and understand product interest. Account, cart, order, support, administration and Creator Studio pages are excluded. We mask form fields and do not send account emails, payment information or custom user identifiers to Clarity. We send advertising storage consent as denied. Microsoft also handles the received information under its own privacy statement, linked below.
AUDESIGN is operated from the United Arab Emirates and uses international providers. Information may be processed outside your country by these providers and their authorised service providers. Their privacy notices describe their locations and transfer arrangements; contact us for information about your request. This notice does not claim that every provider stores data in one country.
Account and purchase records are kept while needed to maintain your access, deliver purchases and handle support. Transaction and audit information may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or applicable legal duties. The beta does not yet run automatic deletion of account and order history. Deletion requests are reviewed individually, including any records that must be retained; we do not promise immediate deletion from provider backups. Session and guest-access lifetimes are described below. Clarity applies its published data-retention periods, linked below.
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or object to certain uses, by contacting contact@audesign.store. We may need proportionate evidence of ownership before acting. You can withdraw analytics consent through Privacy preferences at any time; this stops future recording on this browser and does not undo earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available under applicable law.
Refunds and support
For Mainstech 1, Kickstyler and Vocalixir, we do not offer an additional voluntary refund guarantee for a change of mind or an accidental purchase. This does not remove any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law, including for content that is faulty, not delivered or materially different from its description.
Contact contact@audesign.store or use the account support page with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords or recovery codes. Any approved refund is handled through the original payment provider; the app records its confirmed result. No refund is promised merely because a request has been submitted.
A download is not treated by this beta as an automatic waiver of mandatory withdrawal rights. A blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” exclusion does not apply.
Marketplace purchases
The initial native checkout is limited to Mainstech 1, Kickstyler and Vocalixir, sold by AUDESIGN. Listings without an active purchase option are not available for checkout. The checkout shows the applicable product, price and available payment methods before payment. Beta purchase access may require an invitation. These terms apply to native orders from their effective date; they do not replace the terms of historical orders.
Creators
Creator accounts can prepare products for review. A profile or product approval alone does not activate sales or establish a revenue share. Any third-party paid offer requires an agreed commercial arrangement, rights review and approved deliverable files. Creator settlements are handled separately; this page is not a creator contract.
Product licences
The following licence applies to Mainstech 1, Kickstyler and Vocalixir and the AUDESIGN files included in those purchases. Other products retain their own stated licences; it does not override third-party or open-source licence terms.
Subject to a valid purchase and any applicable third-party licences, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive licence to install and use the purchased version on computers they personally control for their own music and audio production, including commercial releases.
The original software, presets, sample files and other source assets may not be resold, shared, sublicensed or redistributed as standalone files or as part of another sample pack, preset pack or software product. This restriction does not prevent distribution of the purchaser's finished music and audio productions containing sounds produced with the product.
Ownership of the product and its intellectual property remains with its rights holders. No licence to third-party software is included beyond any licence expressly supplied by that third party. This licence does not guarantee support for operating systems or DAWs not listed as compatible.
A full refund ends the licence for that purchase and its download access. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
AudeScope is GPL-3.0-only software derived from Prism. Its applicable licence, notices and source-code obligations remain separate from this commercial licence.

To report a possible rights issue, contact contact@audesign.store with the product link, the work concerned, a description and a way to contact you. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information in the first message. We review the available evidence and may restrict disputed content while investigating.
Acceptable use
Do not share private access codes, attempt to access another person's account or files, upload material you are not authorised to distribute, or abuse the service. Product publication requires rights declarations and review. Access or content may be restricted to investigate abuse, payment disputes or rights issues; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
