Getting Started

Find your place in AUDESIGN

Marketplace, Products and My Audesign, explained.

  1. Marketplace is where you discover products from every creator. AUDESIGN products do not receive automatic priority.
  2. Products presents AUDESIGN software and clearly labels what is available, in private beta or in development.
  3. My Audesign brings together your purchases, licences, orders and saved products. Sign in to use it.

Marketplace

Find a product for your setup

Search, shareable filters and requirements before purchase.

  1. Use global search with Command K or Control K to find products, creators and collections.
  2. Filter by DAW, operating system, architecture, format and price. The URL keeps your selection so you can share it.
  3. Open the product page and read the requirements for that version. The creator's declared compatibility is the final reference.

AudeHub

What you can use today and what is in development

The web library and the AudeHub vision are separate products.

  1. The web library lets you view purchases, versions, files and licences from the marketplace.
  2. AudeHub is in development. Scanning, organisation, intelligent search and DAW integration belong to its product vision.
  3. There is no public AudeHub download. The website cannot inspect your computer or insert plugins into your DAW.

Installation

Download and install the right file

Operating system, architecture, format and plugin rescanning.

  1. Open the purchased product in your Library, or open My orders if you bought as a guest, and review the available files. Guest access on another browser requires your saved recovery code.
  2. Choose the file for your system and architecture. A preset or rack needs the software listed on its product page and may not be a VST3 or AU plugin.
  3. Follow the creator's instructions. Close your DAW before installing a plugin and rescan plugins when you reopen it.
  4. If it fails, open a support request with the product, version, operating system, chip, DAW and error message. Never share passwords or licence keys.

Plugins

AudeScope private beta requirements

macOS, AU and VST3, and the difference between the app and plugins.

  1. The 0.4.2 private beta requires macOS 12 or later and includes Apple Silicon and Intel packages. It installs the app, the full strip and seven AU and VST3 analysers.
  2. Native system-output capture requires macOS 14.2 or later. Plugins receive audio from their track; the app accepts audio inputs.
  3. The beta uses ad hoc signing and is not notarised. Install only a package supplied by the team and follow its instructions. There is no public installer on this website.

Licences

Read the licence for your version

Usage rights depend on the individual product.

  1. Review the licence on the product page before purchasing. Products may grant different usage rights.
  2. My Audesign shows the licence attached to the version you acquired. Keeping a file does not grant permission to redistribute it.
  3. Ask the team before use if commercial work, client work or redistribution is unclear.

Publish your first product

Application, draft, files and review.

  1. Apply from Creator Studio. AUDESIGN reviews the creator profile before enabling publication.
  2. Create a draft with its name, description, licence, version, requirements and rights declaration.
  3. Upload files and demos, describe compatibility and prepare the product page and media.
  4. Submit the product for review. If it is rejected, the product shows the reason so you can correct and resubmit it.

Work with your team

Invitations and permissions inside a creator workspace.

  1. Open Team in Creator Studio and create an invitation with the right role.
  2. The recipient signs in and accepts it under Invitations. AUDESIGN does not send an automatic email.
  3. Check the selected workspace before editing. Each role limits which operations a member can perform.

Build

Build and Creator Studio serve different stages

Creating a tool and publishing a product.

  1. Build is the planned visual environment for creating plugins: canvas, DSP, controls, testing and compilation.
  2. It does not yet generate audio files or plugins. You can explore its diagram and register your interest.
  3. Creator Studio already lets you prepare product pages and submit existing files for review.

Troubleshooting

I cannot download a file

Check the account, version and product status.

  1. Sign in with the account that acquired the product and find it in Library.
  2. If a product has been withdrawn, some downloads may be suspended. Do not install files from another source as a substitute.
  3. Open a support request and include the order or product, the error and the steps needed to reproduce it.

Account

Manage your account

Profile, access and the current pilot limits.

  1. Account lets you edit your public name and biography or sign out.
  2. Automatic email verification and password recovery are not yet available. Use the public contact in the Legal centre if you cannot sign in.
  3. Personal-data requests use the published contact. The pilot does not yet include automated export or deletion controls.

Payments

Guest and account purchases

Checkout, receipts and access to purchased files.

  1. Each product page shows whether checkout is available and which payment methods can be used.
  2. You may check out as a guest or while signed in. Save the private recovery code shown before guest checkout. An order link alone does not restore access on another browser; use Recover purchases with your saved code or attach the purchase to your account.
  3. Signed-in purchases appear under Orders and purchased files appear in Library after payment is confirmed.

Prepare files for review

Formats, versions and plugin distribution.

  1. Package plugin directories as ZIP files before uploading them. The upload screen shows the current size limit.
  2. Declare the operating system, architecture and format of every file. Include clear instructions, dependencies and a suitable licence.
  3. Purchased files are tied to a version. Create a new version for an update and explain what changed.
  4. There is no public Build SDK or public AudeHub developer integration yet.
